Now, what I don't like ... Dashes tail looks like there are 6 separate tails closely bonded, unlike the mane, that looks flowing. Pinkie cutie mark looks like its jumping out, rather then being like a tattoo on her hind quarters. I also think her tail looks like it is being bent backwards rather then her natural way. I think that the changelings are good, but they are too spaced out and are all in the same pose make them look misplaced and un-needed
One a whole, this is a great piece of art
The pose you have used is beautiful, and represents their friendship, and personality. Same with the expressions, your tear on Pinkies face is amazing and Dash's eyes are full of compassion. Your shading on them has emphasizes their emotions also. I love how you've done Dash's mane, there is so much detail it's amazing, it shows that you've got great talent.
Now on to the things I don't like. Dash's tail, unlike her mane her each colour looks very separate, it still looks detailed but not as amazing, Pinkie's mane and tail compered to Dash's a not great, yes you can she that is scurfy but in Dash's you can see every strand. Your Changlings in the background look out of place, this is because there's not enough to make an impacted and they're all in the same pose.
On a whole it's really nice, but because of how beautifully done Dash's mane is everything else in comparison is doesn't look finished.
